It’s an interesting point of view, but it brings up one critical question. In other words, IT will become less like Communism and more like Capitalism. In his opinion, software-defined technology is having a transformative effect on IT-one in which IT will no longer be in control of the resources because that authority, responsibility, control, and decision-making will be passed on to the people actually using those resources.
